The bot needs minimal permissions: Send Messages, Embed Links, and Use Slash Commands. It does not need any admin permissions, cannot read your messages, and cannot access any private data.
When a pool member marks their payment as sent, all managers and owners receive a DM with Verify and Reject buttons. One click verifies or rejects the payment directly from the DM - no need to open the web app!

Yes! We take security seriously. The bot only stores the data necessary to manage pools (pool names, members, tickets). We never store payment information or sensitive personal data. All communication uses Discord's secure infrastructure.
